They say April showers bring May flowers. For us, with this Newborn Photography New Brunswick NJ session, spring came early. Let me explain. The best gift for a newborn photographer is a sleepy baby during the photo shoot. Now, let’s be clear. No one is blaming cute little babies for staying awake. Well, they better not, especially if I have anything to do with it 🙂 They do what they need to do. And I do what I need to do – still get the cute newborn poses that parents and grandparents love! I’ve been coined “Baby Whisperer” and I intend to honor that title 🙂 Also, I won’t lie, it feels good to hear that title when photographing babies is your passion.

Then comes along Baby Luca. A good sleeper. Mom and dad who trust the creative instincts of their newborn photographer. Ready to try artful poses. Blue backdrop, sleepy baby and a dreamy look. No props needed for this one. The result, an awesome newborn photography session.

Nothing is better. I repeat, nothing is better than simple colors for a newborn baby photography session. You need the instincts and training to match the color to the skin tone.

This is the artful newborn photograph I was talking about. I’ve in love with this photograph. So much so that a large canvas of it hangs in my studio.
